Frequently Asked QuestionQ: How many lines of imprint can I have?
A: Most of our pens fit up to 5 lines with up to 30 characters per line.
Q: How many colors can I have on the imprint?
A: The prices shown are for a 1 color imprint. Call for 2 color imprint prices.
Q: Can I look at the fonts used for imprinting prior to placing my order?
A: You can preview our fonts at our personalized pens previewer.
Q: Can I have my logo imprinted on my product?
A: Yes you can. All logo's must be in either Corel (.CDR), Adobe Illustrator (.EPS or .AI) format.
Q: Can I choose assorted colors?
A: Yes you can. When we send assorted colors you will receive whatever colors we have in stock at the time of order. We try to distribute the same amount per color but we cannot guarantee it.Q: Where do I send my logo's?
A: All logo's should be sent to bestbuyimprints@yahoo.com. Please make sure you enter your order number in the subject area of the email.
Q: What is the normal production time?
A: Normal production is 7 - 10 business days. Once the product is produced it will automatically be shipped ground service. To upgrade your shipping method please call customer service.
Q: Can I have rush service?
A: We can expedite the production of some pens for an additional charge of $30 for all orders up to 500 pens, or 6 cents per pen for orders over 500 . Rush orders for all other product, please call. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Q: What if I buy pens and I don't like them? Can I return them?
A: If your order was shipped correctly, you cannot return pens because you change your mind. Once we print on the pens, we cannot reuse them.
Q: How about if the pens I ordered where printed wrong or are the wrong color?
A: If it's a mistake we made during the printing process, we are responsible for printing and shipping exactly what the customer ordered. We will RMA the wrong pens and ship you corrected pens. Please read our Terms & Conditions or details.
Q: Does Best Buy Imprints accept company purchase orders?
A: Sorry but we do not accept company PO's.
Q: How safe is your web site to use my credit card?
A: We use 128-bit encryption, the highest level of protection possible for all your Internet communications, including credit card use and financial transactions.
Q: What if I accidentally place my order twice?
A: If you place your order twice by accident, you will receive two different confirmation emails. We ask that you call our offices ASAP so we can cancel one of the orders and proceed with the other.Q: When is the logo charge or rush service charge added to my order?
A: We will add the cost to your order once it is placed and requested.Q: Can I request samples of your products prior to my purchase?
A: Pen samples can be ordered online for each pen category at a low cost.
Q: Can you send me a printed catalog of your products?
A: Yes, we can send you a catalog. You may request one by email at bestbuyimprints@yahoo.com. Please enter catalog request in the subject area.Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may also mail a check for payment. We cannot start production until the check is received and cleared by the bank.
Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A:Yes, we charge New York State sales tax.
Q: What is the “Lowest Prices Guarantee” policy?
